SECTION 26 – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Maya Store, we aim to provide a safe and clear shopping experience.
Return Period: 5 days from receipt.
Return Conditions: Products must be unused, unopened, in original packaging with tags, and with proof of purchase. Contact: mayastore2026@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0507783176. Products sent without prior request will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Unsatisfactory Products: Eligible returns are refunded in full after inspection; the customer pays return shipping.
Non-Returnable Products: Opened contact lenses, eyelashes, cosmetics, sale items; gift cards. Ensure correct selection before ordering.
Exchanges: Return eligible items and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. Contact us if delayed over 15 business days.
