  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom or personalised products may take longer; the estimated processing time will be indicated at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We offer shipping via standard courier services within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Abu Dhabi: 1–3 business days

    • Other Emirates: 2–5 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Free Shipping

  • All orders are shipped for free within the UAE.

  • No additional shipping fees apply.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the courier’s website.

5. Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss for your order pass to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
