Return & Exchange Policy – Maya Store

At Maya Store, we care about our customers and want to ensure a safe and clear shopping experience.


Return Period

You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Unused and unopened

  • In the original packaging

  • Include all original tags

  • Provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that products sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If the product is damaged, defective, or you wish to return it for any reason, you can request a return within the return period.

The full refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. The customer is responsible only for the return shipping cost.


Non-Returnable Products

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Contact lenses

  • False eyelashes

  • Cosmetics

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Important: Please ensure you select the correct color and size before completing your order, as products cannot be exchanged after opening.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, you may return the eligible item and place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
